Be sure to mention your location in Cocoa Beach, Wildlife Refuge and Titusville.
Summer tours are very limited and sell out quickly. Therefore, once a seat is reserved, we cannot refund it. However, we can rebook for another available date should an emergency arise. Please email us or call 48 hours in advance if you need to if you need to rebook. Rainchecks are provided for up to one year.
If the weather conditions make launching impossible at the designated departure time, we will do a one hour weather hold. Florida weather clear quickly and we can usually depart every night. This means that your tour departs later than the published time. Bioluminescent kayaking tours in Florida launch almost every night. We do our best to be sure you get out to see bioluminescence. Rain checks are available and good for one year.
Just like the weather, we cannot 100% guarantee that bioluminescence will be present. However, we specialize in summer tours only as this is the best chance to see bioluminescence. From June to September, bioluminescence has been consistently present in the Indian River Lagoon every night. It is highly likely it will be glowing and bright! When you sign our waiver there is a section that says you agree we can post your image from our tours on our social media sites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to participate, please email us and let us know the time and date of your tour and your name. Please include anyone in your party who also wishes to be excluded from social postings.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated or otherwise a safety hazard to our guides and/or our guests. Refusals will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. If you are late for a tour, we will try to get you on the next one, but we cannot hold a tour for late participants. Anyone not present at the published tour start time will be considered a no-show.
